What types of events do you cater to? 

We cater to a wide range of events including birthday parties, corporate events, school functions, and community gatherings. 

Are waivers required to use your services?

Yes! Feel free to complete your waivers ahead of time: 

Do you require a deposit for bookings? 

Typically, we will send an invoice for the full amount upon booking. If you'd like to make a deposit instead, just let us know! 

How far in advance should I book your services?

We reccomend booking our services at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

Do you offer delivery and set-up for your rentals? 

Yes! We offer delivery, setup and takedown for all of our rentals, to make the process hassle-free for you! Or, if you'd prefer to save money, we are happy to allow you to pick up and return your inflatable rental. 

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that things happen! Rescheduling is allowed as long as notice is received 2 business days in advance. If an event is canceled due to the weather, the full balance of the event will be applied to a future event. If a request to reschedule not due to the weather is received after that time, the balance of your event may be applied to a future event, minus a $50 cancellation charge, which will be used to pay our staff.
